About Dr. Monte Lai

Dr. Monte Lai, Ph.D., is a biophysicist, specializing in free radicals in biology and medicine. His major scientific achievements include the first detection of hydroxyl radicals in biological systems, as well as the first detection of nitric oxide in living animals using electron spin resonance spectroscopy. He has been awarded 16 patents in the United States as a result of his work.

Dr. Lai is formerly a professor of biophysics at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and CEO of Medinox, Inc. in San Diego, California. He is the author of two books: The Vitamin Cure (Humanix Books) and The Food Cure (World Scientific).
